Customer Account / Registration
You have the option to create a free customer account on our website. The following data is collected and stored: • First name and last name • Email address • Phone number • Date of birth • Password (stored in encrypted form) Registration is handled through Supabase Auth. Your password is stored exclusively in hashed form and cannot be viewed by us. With a customer account, you can manage and cancel your appointments and maintain a personal profile. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent during registration). You can have your customer account deleted at any time by contacting us. Your data will then be completely deleted, unless statutory retention requirements prevent this.
Email Notifications
When you book an appointment or create a customer account, you will receive the following email notifications: • Booking confirmation after a successful appointment booking • Appointment reminder on the evening before the appointment (6:00 PM) • Cancellation confirmation when an appointment is cancelled Emails are sent via the Resend service (see Section 2). The processing of your email address for these notifications is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfillment of the contract for the booked service.
Newsletter
During registration, you can optionally subscribe to our newsletter.
